Mushroom Brunch

Recipe from Good Food magazine, November 2017




  1. Slice mushrooms and crush the garlic. Heat oil in a large pan, and fry the garlic on low a 1 min. Add the mushrooms and cook until soft. Then, add the kale and one wilted season.
  2. Cook eggs gently for 2-3 mins. Then, cover with the lid for another 2-3 mins or until the eggs are ready Serve with bread.
